Compatibility with ESPN3 WatchESPN etc

I'm getting a user not authorized error when trying to watch various live or recorded events through the watch espn app or just on the ESPN website.

I get past the "click your provider" page but when the video starts to load, bam, the black screen shows the error.   Doesn't matter the device, desktop, laptop. Iphone, result is the same.

I have the 450 TV package and internet bundle.  Never had this problem with Cox.  Switched over about 4 months ago.   Any ideas?  I know other Uverse customers in my area that didn't get blocked, or whatever is happening.
