Can subtitles be positioned at the bottom of the screen?
My wife and I both have hearing issues and sometimes we have to use closed captioning or subtitles. My frustration is that when we watch something over regular UVerse and I turn the captions on, they appear almost in the middle of the screen. I don't have my problem with my streaming as the captions always appear at or near the bottom. But I can't tell you how many times we've missed an important part of a movie or a news report because the captions were covering up something we needed to see. Is there any way to reposition the captions to show at the very bottom of the screen? And is there a way to make them a smaller font so they don't take up so much space?

We are here to help with your closed caption, @Pfw51,
You maybe to change the location of the closed captioning. You will need to use the Digital Closed Captioning option. Inside the Digital Closed Captioning there are options to change the size. However, the position may not be available.

I've been there before and I was able to change the font, but the captions are still right in the middle of the screen. Every other provider puts the captions along the bottom of the screen. Why can't AT&T at least give us that option?

Since we don't have the ability to change the positioning of the closed captions, we'll be sure to pass your suggestion along and hopefully, we'll be able to change it in the future.
