Trouble with setting up my new insignia 4k fire edition tv with Uverse.

I am having trouble getting Uverse to work with my new TV. The tv isn't able to find the channels. I am able to use are old tv, but not the new TV.

Are you trying to use the U-verse App on your new TV? Is the TV connected to the internet?

Check out some U-verse App troubleshooting steps in our post under How to fix your Mobile app from my Smartphone or Device. We recommend starting with uninstalling and reinstalling the applications.
