Wireless receiver signal strength /connectivity to WAP

I have a Cisco VEN501 WAP with 3 wireless receivers. 2 receivers work great, but the signal on the 3rd is usually red (occasionally green, but doesn't maintaining signal)... Are there other WAP's that provide a stronger signal (e.g., Motorola VAP2500)? Or any other way to boost the signal?

We're here to help, @ceg!

If you're wanting to see how your receiver is fairing in terms of signal strength, we recommend you download our free to use Smart Home Manager application. With it, you can check on the speeds of all of your devices, and do troubleshooting for your connectivity.

If you are seeing a speed issue from within the application, you will also be able to see if it is recommended that you get one of our Wi-Fi extenders to suit your needs.

Let us know if this helps. We look forward to hearing back from you!

i am only trying to extend/strengthen the signal of my VEN501 WAP device used by the wireless tv receivers which is a separate 5.0 GHz signal then my Internet WiFi. My internet WiFi is fine, but i have a Wireless TV receiver which has difficulty maintaining a connection to the VEN501 WAP device
