U-Verse TV not working on New fiber line

I have had a plethora of issues with this new install. 4 appointments. 3 visits (1 of the appointments was a no show). This is new service and apparently AT&T uses fiber in my area so a new line was ran from pole to house. The internet come on line and I’m getting 300+ mbps. The u-verse TV box though, will not work. One tech was here for 8+ hours. Apparently he needed to “ re-provision” the acct. came back 2 days later and still didn’t work. They advises me to set up new acct. tech just came and same problem. Tv box doesn’t load. They left all boxes and advised someone will call me Monday. 

 

Not off to a good start with AT&T

This is the only screen I get. Tech support on phone can’t even help because apparently the install ticket is still “open”.
