TV says This Set Top Box does not match the account settings

I received a new Cisco Wireless Receiver.   I can connect to the AT&T Access Point but when the ATT U-verse app comes up I get the following error:  This set top box does not match the account setting.  From the community it said if I provide my account number and/or phone number that AT&T could fix my issue.  This is my second Wireless Set Top Box I have purchased.  I’m not sure what to do at this point.  I spent an hour with a tech and nothing has changed.  What do I do now.  02B731F7-EC0E-4777-9E77-DCA3F2017834.jpeg

Hello @JG8335,

We would be delighted to get this addressed for you! If you have not already, reset your modem, DVR, and receiver in question. This has resolved most issues and errors. If that does not work, please reply back to this thread. You can also check out our Troubleshoot and Resolve Tool which can guide you through additional steps that may resolve this issue.

I have tried all the items listed in your email.  Nothing has worked.  I still get the same error message
