Does Attcares ever message anyone back? Still waiting. Property damage...

Hi. We were supposed to get uverse on 9/30. They said a buried line was cut.  They dug for days, fixed the cut and installed a new green box. However, my property is damaged with a very large depression in the lawn. It fills with rain, a huge puddle and breading tons of mosquitoes.  Dirt and sod needs to be put down. We live on the golf course and they are not please with this at all. We will not do the install until this issue is fixed.  My neighbor is set for an install next month and he is ready to cancel because of this big mess out there. We have talked to many people who say the issue is being escalated but we are not hearing from anyone. Please help!
