Cisco ISB7005 - IP Set Top Box Issue

I'm currently having an issue with this IP set top box, I do have power to the box but the following four indicator front panel lamps are blinking off & on every roughly two seconds (Power - Wifi Signal Strength - Link - Record). I've tried everything I know to try on my end, so at this point I'm at my wits end of not knowing what to do, as a novice about this particular piece of electronic equipment I'm not sure if something shorted out or it somehow isn't synced with the wifi terminal box that supplies it with the required wireless signal to function properly. Does anyone have anything else for me to try to get the equipment functioning properly again ? Thanks,

David

Factory Reset.ll

unplug power, depress OK and down arrow same time while restoring power (plug in cord), keeping holding till front lights blickn(3) times, release buttons.

Should load one gear, then two gears, then reboot and hopefully come back on to the Uverse screen.

If front lights continue blinking will need to call and request replacement equipment to be sent.

Hello,

Thanks so much for your response, I followed your instructions exactly even trying the procedure more than once but unfortunately the indicator lamps are still blinking like they were in the beginning.
