Recorded episodes won’t play
I have multiple programs recorded and one program with multiple episodes. I can play all the single recordings and even others with a couple episodes but the one with many multiple episodes won’t open at all.

Let's help get you back to watching your recorded shows, @Lisafry.
Have you tried resetting your receiver? Do you have enough space left on your receiver for recording shows? Do you get any error message when you try to play the recorded show?

I have the same problem, However they will open on devices but not on the Roku or Att Streaming device.

@jennpi , I submit that you do not have the same problem. You cannot watch any recordings from the U-verse DVR on a Roku or AT&T TV Streaming device, not just a series with multiple episodes. This is by design.
I don't think you even have a U-verse DVR at all. I think you're saying you have AT&T TV and can watch recorded episodes from the cloud DVR on a mobile device, but not on a Roku or the Streaming box. This would be a different problem. I'd suggest you create your own topic in the proper forum (AT&T TV, not U-verse TV) and see if someone can help you with it.

Mine records just fine but WILL NOT PLAY BACK ANYTHING AT ALL!!! PIECE OF JUNK !!!
