What the mailing address would be depend greatly on who within the company you wish to reach.
I'd suggest a Google search.

I did that before asking the question. A Google search turned up everything BUT a mailing address for U-Verse. One result was a list on the Investor Relations web page of the top executives at ATT HQ in Dallas TX. I'll probably write to one of them.
I want to complain about false advertising regarding their DVR capabilities.

A. Everybody knows ATT is headquartered in Dallas. We are not at liberty to give a mailing address but it's fairly easy to find.
