You have to call 800.288.2020 and allow support to dignose the failure. A new unit can then be sent to you.

You can try calling customer retention. If you get a smart person and the correct prompt pops up on their screen they can order it for you. If that doesn't work they connect you to phillipines/offshore usually. Then you have to beg for american/domestic/onshore support and not take no for an answer. then be prepared to wait 10 minutes-7 hours for a mildly competent american to answer.
