DVR Freezes then Reboots
Our AT&T UVERSE DVR freezes and then reboots. It's becomeing more frequent usually two to three times a day. Very annoying and not what we pay for.

I’d probably force a firmware update on it. Rapidly within a few seconds connect and disconnect power 3 or 4 times . Eventually will get a loading screen with a gear.
DVR must be direct wired to the gateway. It’s crucial the DVR be able to communicate with the att server via the gateway during this process.
