U-verse app on Xbox One
Is there a way to watch live tv on the u-verse app on xbox one without having to be connected to their internet service? When I click on a channel it'll be locked saying I have to be connected to the home network. I just don't understand I feel like it should have as much freedom as if your watching it on your phone or on the computer.

Some features require the home network due to restrictions. This is not an item the forums team can resolve and it the nature of the product. .

This supposedly is the link to the app:

But there's no app to download at that link.

U-verse app not working anymore? I don't dare uninstall it because I cannot locate it in the apps for Xbox One. But its not connecting anymore.
Can we please get an AT&T response on this?

Looks like we got screwed, and the uverse internet streaming service and website is shutting down:
Notice Appearing in USA Today on April 18, 2017
On or after May 30, 2017, the Uverse.com site may be retired and no longer available for video streaming. Additionally, on or after May 30, 2017, the U-verse app may be unavailable on the XBox One and Windows mobile operating systems as well. Customers will still be able to stream via the U-verse mobile app on all other supported platforms. More information will be available at Uverse.com.
