1-800-288-2020. Say “cancel” to get to Loyalty. They would be the ones to offer any sort of discount.

Renewal? If you are a correct UverseTV customer there’s no renewal to be had.
I’ve had UverseTV since 2007 and have never had to renew anything. 🤷♂️

If have current service, you just keep paying the bill….
Uverse IPTV is now a part of DirecTv since summer 2021 when DirecTV was sold along with DirecTv Stream and the Uverse product. ATT is now cellular services (Wireless phone, Fixed Wireless and ATT AIR) , home internet and home phone products.

Discounts do not have a "renewal".
You call and speak to customer support, or possibly retention if you are considering canceling, to see if a new discount might be available.
Be aware that there might not be any discounts. They are not a guarantee, not something obligated. Remember TV is an entertainment service. Any discounts are a temporary perk. So make sure you plan for full cost so that you're not subscribed to more than you can handle.
Also, U-Verse TV is a grandfathered service. They no longer accept new customers. It would be expected that discounts are increasingly becoming few and far between because of that.
(and yes it helps to ask the full question in your opening post so others don't have to go "renewal of what?" and have you clarify later.)
