My u-verse200 n Internet service

Omg someone helpI need to speak to a customer rep. ASAP I am due to be disconnected n was lied to about being able to use a hundred dollar visa for my first bill???? N I went to Walmart n the lady said I don’t have current bill!!!! I am praying this isn’t like comcast🤦‍♀️
