Hard to get problems solved

I had to get a new modem after I set up my new modem it was not working right I called and told the representative that’s this is not working he tried telling things to do I did it I have tried  trouble shooting not working so I got fed up and said look I’m not a tech you need to send someone to fix this. So he set a tech once he got here he checked all my connection i then told he if that’s all hooked up right why is something still wrong with my living room TV he checked and said it was disconnected so the person on the phone disconnected the wrong wireless box that I sent back and so in my living room I couldn’t watch tv so he went to his truck and got another one and then told me I might be charged for this visit I say why he said the person who sent me to come said I refused to do anything to help . Now they are charging me  $99 someythey did wrong

Once you quit troubleshooting with support by phone and demanded a tech, that became a Dispatch on Demand, which is billable.
