I've been trying to resolve an issue with my bill 3 times! All 3 times they said they would have someone contact me. Now my account is passed due and I can't watch my tv. I don't think this is my fault when you say 3 times that you will contact me and then don't. I need someone to contact me before I decide to delete uverse all together. Can someone contact me please?

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.
