How do I get in touch with the corporate office at AT&T.  I was informed that I need to obtain this information from the website and of course it is hidden somewhere

I was lied to and screwed over by a att uverse dooe to door salesman, o switched because i would be saving $40.00 a month but instead am paying more, the salesman does not retirn my calls anymore he even stated that if there are any problems that he would resolve it, instead of going to my congressman I am trying to resolve this myself, am i able to speak to someone in a corporate setting? I live in Riverside county in california.... Mike

A door to door At&T Uverse representative came to my house on 05/17/2016 to
sell me the Uverse bundle product including internet and home phone service
and promised that it would be lower than my current bill with Time Warner
which was (185.00 per month) and since my wife lost her job in March I was
interested in learning more. The repesentative went the over the details
and stated that my monthly bill would be 142.00 for 2 years including TV
Japan, although AT&T has a 2 year contract I agreed due to the big savings
over my current Time Warner Bill, the salesman called the order in and
handed the phone to me to have the phone representative go over the details
and for me to agree and the phone representative also said that my bill
would be 142.00 per month and so I agreed with the switch ( If you listen
to the phone recording of our conversation you too will hear that I was
told 142.00 per month) well the bill for June, July and August was 198.00
which included 15.00 for the installment fee of 50.00 for 3 months, I
called the door to door representative about the huge bill but he ensured
me that if it is an error it would be readjusted and credited back to me, I
also called the AT&T customer service line about this billing issue and was
told that I my bill was not 142.00 per my contract which I know was not
true ( I got tired of explaining and repeating myself to a foreigner so I
left the phone calls with unanswered questions, I am a minority myself so
the previous statement should not be considered racist) so now my September
bill is 189.00 which is higher than my Time Waner Bill with a 2 year
contract and no Los Angeles dodgers games as I was promised there would be
by the sales representative ( Marcus ph: *****) who doesnt answer my
phone calls anymore. I am requesting your help to either have my bill down
to 142.00 as I was promised or to get me out of my 2 year contract so that
I can switch my service away form AT&T Uverse as this issue has caused
problems but I would prefer the latter due to the stress and frustrations
this has caused my wife and I. I work for the Federal Government and have
access to my state and local representives more readily than others but
would rather handle this issue directly with AT&T diplomatically, If I am
unable to have this situation resolved in a fair outcome then I will have
to cosider my other options.

@mikeudo   The Uverse D2D salepeople are liars and can see why you are mad.  They will say anything to get the sale, then ATT will not agree to the D2D fee.

 

ATT knows about this, but will do nothing about it, seems it's a legalized bait/switch deal. Smiley Frustrated
