I am being charged for unexplainable reasons ever since i had to change to uverse. Now i am being told none of this information is put in notes and things have been cancelled. I have never been told this and now they are saying my services can not be restored until this is done. And yet i have to write a letter to billing because there is no number. And that a case manager will contact me after this letter is recieved.

@pwill1090 Did you switch from DIRECTV to Uverse? And had you continued to be billed for DIRECTV services?

Yes I have been. Called and was told it was taken care off. Yet nothing has happened and its been back and forth.

I would suggest contacting DIRECTV and explaining that you had switched to uverse tv and have the care agent contact AT&T to verify installation date of the uverse tv and then they would simply do a credit adjustment and get the DIRECTV cancelled out.
