AT&T Uverse login doesn't load for HBO Go, TLC, network websites on browser

Whenever I try to login to HBOGO, TLC.com or other network websites on my computer browser to watch shows the redirect for AT&T login never loads.  So when it asks me to click on my provider and I click Uverse the login page to enter my credentials doesn't load.  I've tried Chrome, Firefox and IE and all three don't work.  I even tried to suggested go around of logging into my uverse account under one tab then opening the HBO Go in a new tab for it to automatically see I'm logged in and that still doesn't work. I checked my pop up blocks, firewall, virus software, etc and still nothing.

These are the error messages I get when I click on the link for Uverse to login.

Anyone else had this issue and can help me figure it out?

We'd love to help, @csweettie.

Since you've eliminated most possible browser issues, have you tried resetting the password for your U-verse user ID?

Let us know if this helps, so we know how to proceed.

Not sure how resetting my password would help since the login page never
even loads for me to enter a user ID and password. The login page goes
blank when I click on my provider. When I click on Xfinity or direct tv
the page loads properly to their log in pages. But when I click AT&T Uverse
I get a blank white screen or the error loading messages.
