Military Discount for deceased spouse
I was told I could get the military discount for my deceased spouse. Now they are telling me I can’t because his name is not on the account, and they knew from the start that he was deceased. Any help out there to figure this out?

There is nothing to fix. The account owner must be eligible for the discount. If you are the account owner and not eligible for the military discount, you can’t get it. Whoever said you could was wrong unless you qualify for the discount. Here are the requirements for a military spouse: “qualified spouses of active duty or deceased U.S. military service personnel providing a valid Department of Defense sponsorship card.”
