Hello,
Check for request through att.com/deviceunlock. If it wasn’t submitted through that portal, the code wouldn’t be accurate. If you did receive it though a request approved through there, call customer care at 800. 331. 0500 and say “unlock” when promoted for reason for call. They cannot unlock it or see the right code, but help see what the issue is.
