S20 Ultra terrible mobile data Service
I switch to AT&T just yesterday and got the S20 ultra and since then I have terrible mobile data and I'm dropping calls. I ran a speed test several times today and I am get 0.75 ms to 15.00 ms I can't open any of my apps because the data is too slow. I couldn't even open the my AT&T app to write this until I got on and got on wifi. My wife doesn't have any issues with here service and she has the galaxy S10. Please help me i went to the AT&T store and they just told that it may be they are working on the towers which I call (Edited per community guidelines) as that store is 15 miles from my house and both there and home I have this terrible service. Like I said too my wife's phone works just fine.
Please let me know if there is anything that can be done.
