One contact's messages are always sent to the system default messaging app instead of MY default one

Hi there, strange problem I'm experiencing. 

 

I have one contact who everytime they message me, their messages send to the Samsung system default messaging app instead of my default Android messages. Why is this? Android messages is my default, every other contact's messages are sent there. I don't understand the issue and it's very annoying for this one contact.

To begin, I would recommend making sure your application is up to date as well as your software. If you are using a third party default messaging program, try and delete the application and re-add it. I would also recommend resetting your default your messaging to the original application and then reset it your android bases messenger
