No mobile data service message

My nieces Samsung phone on my account is getting an alert message "No mobile data service.  Temporarily turned off my your carrier".

 

She has missed calls when this is happening.

 

What is causing this and how do we fix it?

We'd like to know what happening with the devices on your account:

  • What's the Samsung phone model that your niece is using? Have you checked for new software updates for the cellphone?
  • Have other devices on the account experienced the same issue?
  • Does the disconnection/dropped calls happen at home or in public?
