never received the email to confirm my unlock request

hey i never received the email to confirm my unlock request whats wrong with yours server is it automatic or not?

Hey there, @bashiribinari. We are here to help with your device unlock confirmation email. 

 

When submitting a device unlock request, it usually takes a few minutes to approve your request, however it can also take up to 48 hours. If you do not have a wireless phone account, you have to select Confirm request on the email we sent you. Be sure to check your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders as the email may have be sent to one of those folders. If you do not see an email, you will want to resubmit the request. 

 

You also want to make sure your device is eligible to unlock. You may view our device unlock requirements prior to submitting your request. 

  • Is an AT&T device and isn’t active on another AT&T account.
  • Was paid in full when you bought it (not on an installment plan). You won’t have to wait 60 days to unlock it.
  • Has a paid-off installment plan.
    • Paid through your monthly bill: Submit your unlock request at the start of your next bill period.
    • Paid off early: The wireless number assigned to the device must be active for at least 60 days. Wait 48 hours after you make your final payment to submit your unlock request. Learn how pay off your installment plan.
  • Doesn’t have a past-due account balance. Make a payment to bring your account current. It will take 24 hours for your payment to post. 
  • Hasn’t been reported as lost, stolen, or involved with fraud.
  • Is an AT&T PREPAID phone that has had paid service for at least six months.

Lastly, we can use some additonal information to help us with our next steps. 

  • When did you submit your device unlock code? You want to give it up to 48 hours before you resubmit a new request. 
  • Have you already submitted more than one request and still have not receive the email? Again, be sure to check all the folders in your email including spam and junk.
  • Have you checked our device unlock requirements to be sure your device is eligible to unlock prior to submitting the request? This can cause a delay if your device is not eligible.

How long does it take to get the UNLOCK CODE  (for Android) once the request is approved?  I received almost an immediate Request Approval, now it's been over an hour waiting for an email with the code.  I'm so close....after nearly a week of going back and forth between providers, new sim cards, and numerous restarts....I finally am just one step away from getting my service back online.

Dear Sirs,

I have the same exact problem, NUL415463916589.

After 24 hrs I got message I didn't use the email link and I never got it.

I submitted request again and again no email back.

What should I do?

I submitted an unlock request online and never got an email from AT&T to verify link. I check my spam and my junk and still nothing. Tried again after 48 hours and still no email. I’m a bit frustrated now. I’ve met all the unlocking requirements yet, AT&T is refusing to send me and email to confirm my unlocking request. Any help ?
