AT&T PREPAID data plans do not include access to attwifi hotspots, @imdanerdinator.
If your using an Android device running version 2.2 or higher, you can try to download the AT&T Smart Wi-Fi app for Android from the Play Store to double check, or change to an AT&T Wireless account for access.
