International connectivity India
Hi,
i see that the india is in available countries for international roaming for att prepaid. I payed for add on 35$ but no connection. I tried manual selection of network as well but no luck.

I don't know where you seeing that because it's wrong. There are a handful of countries in Europe, nothing in Asia that is covered by International roaming for prepaid.
While in India with a prepaid you will have no service at all.
There is both a map and a list of countries that are covered by AT&T prepaid roaming, India is not on it.
