Hotspot available in Mexico?

My bad, apparently not. That would indicate the 10GB of hotspot can not be used in Mexico.

For any prepaid plan that includes Mexico and supports hotspot, the plan works the same in Mexico as in the US. For current plans that means the 15GB plan and unlimited plus plan. I presume the hotspot add-on on the regular unlimited plan works in Mexico.

Thanks for the response. Can I still use the normal data to hotspot in Mexico? On the website, the Prepaid Unlimited Plan's Mobile Hotspot data allocation doesn't seem to be supported in Mexico: 

"Mobile Hotspot: After 10GB, hotspot speed limited to a maximum of 128Kbps. For use in U.S. only."

Allow us to clarify roaming details for AT&T PREPAID service @extra_guac4.

@sandblaster is correct, So any AT&T PREPAID plan that offers Hotspot/Wi-Fi, the Hotspot/WiFi can only be used in the United States.

You'll be able to use your plans Roaming talk, text and data just not mobile hotspot.

I'm traveling to the UK, I have a Netgear hotspot bought from ATT and an unlimited service account. Last time I was in the UK the Netgear hotspot failed to connect to the local cell provider. Is there any config changes I need to make, APN etc, to have it connect locally in the UK. Works greats in the US.
