Account credit should be auto applied within 2 weeks.
If it doesn't happen call AT&T. FYI the community is customer populated and not a way to reach support.

Thank you for the info. I actually did call AT&T and the CSR had no idea what I was talking about, but was more than willing to help me make my first payment. I was told that I needed to go to the store with my receipt. I purchased it online, so yeah that wasn't very helpful. I was checking on here in hopes that someone who has experienced this had some useful information for me. This has happened with previous phones that I purchased but I was honestly too lazy to worry about it. If you add up all of the amounts it comes to about $300 over a few years that I paid for and never received. Its like a bait and switch scam.
