Sim Locked
My phone is sim locked in settings cant use dil on it can you please remove the sim lock restriction and I am from Pakistan just purchased the mobile from here

Return the phone, get your money back. It is likely that the phone does not meet the requirements for it to be unlocked. You can try unlocking it at https://att.com/unlock , choose the non-customer path. This page may not be reachable outside the United States. If it is reachable, you can try it, and you can see there what the requirements are, if the phone does not already satisfy those requirements, there is nothing you can do in Pakistan to change that.
