Phone not receiving messages from iOS and automated numbers.

This has been happening for about a month now. At least once a week, my phone (Google Pixel 7 Pro) will stop receiving any messages from all automated numbers as well as iOS users. Sometimes this fixes itself when I restart my phone, sometimes it doesn't and I seemingly just have to wait. This is still an issue even if I am on Wi-Fi. It's becoming really annoying and is starting to be a serious issue with people trying to reach me, because sometimes I have no idea it is an issue and that people are trying to contact me. Calling and receiving calls continues to work fine, it is just messages. I'm using the standard Google Messages app and it is my default messages app. My phone bill is always paid and I have data.
