Network Unlock sm-a135u?
Bought my a13 new. Used it with cricket prepaid for the past year or so. Device unlock app is useless. Jus tells me my device cannot be unlocked which is (Edited per community guidelines). I need a bit of assistance from the right person to achieve this. TIA for any and all help.

Is it a cricket phone or an AT&T phone?
An AT&T locked phone will work on cricket but in order to be eligible to be unlocked it has to be used on AT&T prepaid for 6 months. Using it on cricket does not count

It's an AT&T phone. Yes its been on crickets network. Never on an actual AT&T branded network. So what are my options in this situation?

As said, the phone has to be used on AT&T’s network for 6 months to be eligible for unlocking. That’s your option.

That's what I was thinking. Well looks like this phone won't be getting unlocked by at&t then bcuz I have left the network for the time being. Thank you for your advice/assistance.
