Hello @M0MMAHEN78

We understand the importance, and we want to get this taken care of.

Find Your Phone

This is a great way to find your device if you misplaced it. If you believe your device was stolen, please contact your local law enforcement for your safety.

Apple Instructions

  1. Open the Find My app. If you have not set it up yet, learn how.
  2. Choose the Devices tab.
  3. Select the device to see its location on the map. If you belong to a Family Sharing group, you can see the devices in your group.
  4. Choose Directions to open its location in Maps.

Things to know

  • Find features allow you to play a tone, lock, erase, and may allow you to display certain messages
  • An account will need to have been set up prior to losing your device
  • Report lost or stolen devices to law enforcement
  • Reset all passwords of Find Your Device options that have not been setup. This includes emails, banking and any other apps or accounts
  • Location is approximate and might not be accurate
  • If your device can't be found, you'll see its last known location, if available

Note: If you did not set up an account as mentioned above, you may not be able to locate your phone.

Suspend Or Report Your Device Stolen

I recommend suspending your device until you find it.

Hope this helps! Feel free to revert further assistance.

Physically retrace your steps and see if you can find it.  Have someone else call your number and listen for it to ring.  If someone answers it, ask them where they are and can you have your phone back.

Do you have any other Apple device logged into the same account?  You can probably use that to reset your Apple password.

This isn't something that ATT can help you with.

Carriers don't track phones anymore.  Not since smartphones

I found an iphone 7 someone dropped on Hurley St Santa Ana CA92703. Please email me at [email scrubbed] with your Phone IMEI number and your yahoo email ([email scrubbed]) Then I will let you know how and where to have it back. Or you may have ATT customer service to email me to help you out.
I will keep it in one month for its owner, and after one month from now 4/21/24 if no one to contact me to have it back, then I am not responsible for your lost. Phi Nguyen
