Action Needed on Enrollment form with AT&T
I have verified info on the national verifier website (nfc.gov, I think it is) and my application has been approved. So I am qualified and I have a valid application ID. On the AT&T Enrollment Form for ACP I put all my information the same information from the nfc.gov application but when I finalize it and click submit I am notified with a prompt reading "ACTION NEED! Ooops something went wrong. Please retry your submission." I've retried numerous times to resubmit. Every time I receive the same prompt. I've call AT&T and the ACP customer support numbers several times yesterday and today. I am still not receiving the benefits bc they can't seem to figure out what the issue is. Has anyone else had this same issue? I'm so tired of explaining why I am calling the support numbers and not getting anywhere, even after being on the phone for multiple hours at a time.
