Where do I return a phone I do not need or want.

I need to return a phone because a line was added to my bill that I did not want. I need to know where to send the phone. I need it sent back as soon as possible because my bill is $537 way more than I can afford now with what is going on in the world right now. Please respond as soon as possible.

Regardless of how it got added, the return period is 14 days. If you’ve already been billed for it, it’s likely too late.

This is not at&t, its a customer populated forum

1. Are you actually reading your billing your my ATT account? NO? please do.

2. You have only 14 days from day of shipping to return a device.

3. Return information and label was in the reusable box the phone came in.

Did you read the promotion ? Free $800 phones come with a logical catch, ie you have a new line of service to pay for.
