Switching phones
My family and I switched internet providers to AT&T and we got new iPhone 14s. My parents were the ones who made the switch and we told them the 14 Pros were better. Is it possible to send the 14s back and get the 14 pros instead?

This is a customer populated forum not how you reach AT&T. You would have to reach out to AT&T directly
It may be possible if you are within the first 14 days. That is the return and exchange window. All of the packing material has to be included. And if the boxes have been unsealed there is a $55 stock fee.
Your trade-in may not completely cover a 14 pro. And If this was a " no trade in required offer", the 14 may have been a free with no trade in, the 14 pro May not be free
