Device Return to Agent Fraud
REturn via Prepaid label from ATT in end of Jan 2024, now they said never received items, of course it happens all the time with ATT return phone for upgrade.
Tracking shows it delivered to Agent which means ATT has it but they just didnt have my phone and charged full amount. It is financial fraud.

File a BBB complaint to get it escalated to upper management, who will contact you. Since you have the tracking number, it should be resolved quickly.
