Credit check on eligible upgrade
I am eligible to upgrade but didn’t want to do so if my credit is going to be checked. I asked a customer service agent via live chat and she told me that it’s the policy to do a credit check even if I’m only upgrading. Is that true that my credit will be checked if I upgrade my device?
