AT&T Alliance Program Called My Business! IS IT A SCAM?
Hi,
From the business phone where I work at, I got a call from this number: 810-420-1360
The woman on the phone said her name was Jessica from the AT&T Alliance Program and said she wanted to speak to the person that was in charge of our phone systems.
She wanted to talk about our plan and review it.
I always get suspicious AT&T calls and wanted to know if this was just another one.

The AT&T alliance program is independent sellers, license to sell AT&T products and services.
I always tell someone if it's not published on AT&T's website there's a good chance AT&T is not going to honor something sold to you by a third party if they lied to you.
Not a bad idea to review your service and plans on a regular basis as they do change every couple of years. But this can be done online, all by yourself. You certainly don't need to be paying someone a commission to do for you
