Unlocking Paid off Phone while in Thailand
Hello, I've been trying to unlock my phone for days now since settling in Thailand (I will be here for 1 year) and the unlocking form is not working for me. I even got a US VPN and have tried two different browsers on incognito. After inputting my phone number to the form and checking the box, I keep getting a notice that says "We’re sorry about this, but it looks like we’re having technical issues. Please give us a few minutes to sort it out, and then try again."
It is really frustrating because I've also tried calling during business hours and tried to get a human on the phone but the robot just keeps telling me that you have to fill out the form online and then proceeds to hang up on me.
