Truconnect sim with Lumia 640 windows phone- no service after unlock?

Sorry I don't really understand phones to well but I had a Lumia 640 windows phone on hand. And im trying to use truconnect lifeline sim card on it but after unlocking the phone I keep getting no service on the phone????? And this is after a reset & power recycle

Is trueconnect just not compatible with the phone???? I apologize but im not well versed phone. I been using phone service off of wifi which I know is very unreliable but when your on a low fixed income you gotta do what you can to save money. And the phone is the only one I have but I will get a new one if I need too. And that lifeline carrier is the only carrier that provides coverage in my area
