Phone broken - Change SIM to keep contacts
I have a cheap Alcatel prepaid phone. I dropped it tonight and shattered the screen and now you can’t see anything on it. If I buy a new phone and just change the SIM do I keep my number and contacts? I can’t get the phone to do anything that I can see, so getting any information off it is not an option

As in the previous response contacts and any other data are on the phone the only thing that is on the SIM card is your phone number and connection to your online account.
