Non enregistré sur le réseau

Bonjour

J’ai un Samsung S20+, impossible de passer des appel, j’ai un message d’erreur »non enregistré sur le réseau.

J’ai de la WIFI, téléphoné éteint et rallumé plusieurs fois sans résultat.

Que dois-je faire?

Je suis en Algérie actuellement.

Hi ghali, we understand the importance of being able to make calls using your S20+ device, we want to help!

 

Fixes that may help are: 

  1. Turn your phone off and back on and reinsert your physical SIM Card to reset your device. 
  2. Try calling the number again. 
    • From outside the U.S. to the U.S:
    • Press "+1", then the area code, and local number. Example: +1.555.555.1234
    • From outside the U.S. to another country:
      • Press "+", then the country code, the city code (if applicable) and local number.
  3. Turn off call forwarding. Press #21# on your phone and then the CallSendTalk, or Receiver key. Also turn off airplane mode, most phones show an airplane icon when airplane mode is on.
  4. Check that you aren’t blocking calls and learn how to remove the numbers from the block list. 
  5. Service suspended? Find out how to reactivate your wireless service.
  6. If you have AT&T ActiveArmor mobile security, you can see a list of blocked calls and why they were blocked. Learn more about AT&T ActiveArmor and how to update the settings.
