Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro

I just recently purchased a brand new Netgear Nighthawk M6 Pro, and I cannot connect anything to its hotspot other than my phone, I have tried multiple different devices from laptops to gaming consoles and nothing seems to work. The network name appears on other devices when scanning for wireless networks, and it allows me to type in a password which I created myself, but once I do it tries to connect for 5 seconds and instantly fails to connect to my Nighthawk. I’m at a loss for what to do next. I have a feeling it has to do with the networks security method or whatever and I can’t find any information on it.

Our troubleshooting guide can help with pinpointing the root cause of devices that will not connect to your Nighthawk. Sign in to your account and click start to get step-by-step solutions.

 

In addition, check the signal strength after restarting your device. The signal strength is displayed on the device home screen. When connected to 5G, the 5G icon will be displayed. From your device's web browser, go to http://attwifimanager. Enter your Username and Password, then click SIGN IN.

  • Ensure that your device and your computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. For more information, please see the Connect Devices to Wi-Fi or Connect PC or Mac to Wi-Fi tutorials.
  • Click SETTINGS at the top of the page.
  • Click Security, then click Access Controls. Blocked websites will be displayed under Blocked Devices.
  • To unblock a devices, click the checkbox next to the desired website then click Delete.
