Invalid IMEI?
I'm trying to unlock my phone and after many, many attempts to get past the first step, I made it to the last one to enter my IMEI number and I got an error saying "Looks like the IMEI number you entered doesn’t match an AT&T device. Please check your IMEI number by dialing *#06# or look for the number under your device settings."
I purchased this phone from AT&T and I fit all of the unlock requirements. I tried directly copied and pasted the IMEI from my phone settings and after dialing the number. I'm positive the numbers I entered are correct. Could there be an issue with the phone or is there an issue with the website?

How long ago did you purchase the phone? Have you done any modifications to the phone? You said you purchased it from AT&T. Was that AT&T online, a Corporate Store, or an Authorized Reseller? Have you tried to unlock it as a non-AT&T customer?
