I cannot log into the Harman Sparks app

I created an account, but cannot log in. Says invalid user name or password. When I try the ‘forgot password’ option it doesn’t recognize my attempt. When I try to re-create an account it says it already created. I’m stuck, cannot log in and cannot create an account, nor cannot get password or login name. Please help.

Allow us to assist. Did you receive a registration email after signing up? If not, make sure to check your Junk or Spam folders for that message.

 

Also, try resolving your experience by clearing your browsers cache, cookie, and history, or try another web browser altogether.
