Hotspot.webui isn't working

I can no longer access my Turbo Hotspot 2's webui manager. I receive a 'website unavailable' message with both the http://hotspot.webui and the 192.168.1.1 sites. I have tried resetting by holding the power button through a shutdown/restart cycle and by pressing the factory reset button. I have tried clearing the cache of my browser, and have tried to use a different connected device to access, with no results.

Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

Since you have mentioned trying all the troubleshooting steps for the cause, we recommend you look into how you can tether your Turbo Hotspot 2 to a personal computer or a laptop on our website article to get manually connected to the website in question.

 

If you're still not able to access this website, it may be that the Web UI Manager is undergoing scheduled maintenance and will return within 1-2 days. The website not being available could be due to a number of reasons including an incorrect website URL input or cookies enabled on your browser is invalid.
