Unable to start phone exchange. Phone number did not pick up for hour plus, and in-store mentioned they were unable to help. Sent to a second store location that was closed! Went to the store on 1013 El Camino Real Unit B-7, Redwood City, CA 94063
Anyone else had trouble with this?

If you made your phone purchase online, and the phone was shipped to you, you may have to return the same way, by shipping the phone back.
When you buy online, you can only do a return in an AT&t corporate store. A lot of stores on the West Coast are not owned by AT&t but our franchise, authorized retailers.
The only response you'll get here from AT&t is to use the contact us information link which is at the bottom of this website
