Connected Car hasn't worked for a few weeks

I have a 2018 RAM 1500 with U-Connect and AT&T connected car.  It stopped working around the beginning of February.  I've had a ticket open for a few weeks and finally got a response below.  They're still charging me btw.  If they're saying I have to go to the dealer to get something fixed, when nothing changed in the truck, I'll just cancel.  They need to fix this ASAP.  Also, not great grammar AT&T.

We have gotten word back from the back office team and they stated that the following:

"AT&T and Stellantis are aware of an issue affecting wi-fi connectivity but at this time we are holding tickets and not refer to the dealer until we have an outlined process or fix. This ticket will remained in a suspended state and updates will be suspend until we are advisement from Stellantis or network support regard this concern that is occurring with this vehicle please continue to stand by once a substantial update is provided we will advise."

So I called that number and they told me connected car is not working for all u-connect customers. That's all Ram trucks, all Dodge cars, and all Jeeps. You'd think this would be a bigger deal, it's been going on, as far as I can tell, for almost 2 weeks.

That number says call cannot be completed as dialed. This is going well...

I have a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and have had the same problem.

I noticed it when my billing cycle started 8 Feb after exhausting data from last month.

I spoke to AT+T on 18 Feb and they are still having the issue.

In addition to fixing the problem is there any discussion about crediting the accounts for this significant outage?

They told me suitable compensation would be determined once the issue is corrected, but another call yesterday yielded no more info about when this will be resolved.

Same problem. ATT instructing me to go to dealer to create a STAR ticket. Deal has no clue what is going on. @killakitty have you received any update on your issue?

The exact same issue is presented with my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee.  I was told by an ATT representative it is a wide issue and should be resolved in the next 30 days.  I was refunded for a year's worth of internet access and was told to try again in 30 days.
